Surprise sets this week by the likes of Justin Timberlake and Prince have been rumored all month, but where SXSW really shines — in our view — are the smaller showcases, the ones where emerging talent get a shot for exposure among the JTs and Purple Ones buzzing about the annual Austin hubbub. All week we’ll be shouting out ones to watch as part of our Festival Fever coverage.
