Ever since viewing April’s Site & Sound video that documented Rufus Wainwright’s celebrity-packed performance at NYC’s Rose Bar, I’ve been eager to see what VanLou Media would cook up next. As revealed this morning on the heels of a tour date announcement, New Jersey’s The Boss by way of Desaparecidos rockers, Titus Andronicus, are the next subject from this excellent web-based series.
“My parents are here,” said drummer Eric Harm of their homecoming gig at Maxwell’s in Hoboken, “and after the show they’re going to drive me home.” Said site of this behind-the-scenes/performance footage is only 30 minutes from where the band was formed in Glen Rock, NJ, while the sound is “Four Score and Seven” from their epic new album, The Monitor. Enjoy it above and read more details + tour dates here.
