Robert Plant’s solo followup to his Grammy-lauded album with Alison Krauss, Raising Sand, is already in the can, reports the Herald Courier (via Rock it Out! Blog). According to Darrell Scott, who played mandolin and glockenspiel on the forthcoming album, Plant and producer/musician Buddy Miller laid down the new tracks in an inspired two-week recording session in Nashville, TN last December.
The Buddy Miller-produced album is due out later this year (specifically, the spring), and LedZeppelinNews claims to have the record’s tentative title: It’s Rude to Say No.
