We received our first glimpse at writer/director Paul Thomas Anderson’s forthcoming film, The Master, last month in the form of its first teaser trailer starring Joaquin Phoenix’s character, Freddie Sutton, and now comes an even more provoking preview: Philip Seymour Hoffman playing Lancaster Dodd, Amy Adams as his wife, Mary Sue Dodd, and more footage of Phoenix’s character’s apparent psychological breakdown in the drama.
