We’d be remiss not pointing out this new solo session Laura Marling performed for Guild Guitars. More clips are on the way, but here’s a promising first start: “Love Be Brave,” the nuanced, not-quite-unrequited-love cut from Once I Was An Eagle, recorded live backstage at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire before a show. This version is faithful to the LP take, which — combined with impressive mic placement — makes it feel like a glimpse at the moment first caught in the studio.
