It took a few years, but many artists covered on Peter Gabriel’s Scratch My Back LP have finally reciprocated on tape. Bon Iver dropped a version of “Come Talk To Me” not long after Gabriel took on “Flume,” and now others have followed suit, including Arcade Fire — whose excellent “Games Without Frontiers” sounds recorded amid Reflektor sessions — and Feist with Timber Timbre — whose springtime “Homage” now feels more appropriate than previously realized.
