Formerly “I Love LA” in live incarnations, here’s one of the 9 previously unreleased Rilo Kiley songs appearing on their forthcoming RKives. Spin says it was recorded after the band’s fourth (and final?) LP, Under the Blacklight. With pared-down acoustic guitars and a string quartet to bring things home, “Let Me Back In” opens the set due April 2nd. It’s a lovely reminder we’re thankful for this band in any incarnation, and proof it’d be sad to see/hear them go. In the meantime, RK are crowd-sourcing live footage, animation, and other personal submissions for the project here.
