Best music news of the day just hit my inbox: Bright Eyes have announced that their seventh studio album, The People’s Key, will arrive on February 15 (Conor Oberst’s birthday, incidentally). Produced once again by Mike Mogis, the 10-track follow-up to 2007’s Cassadaga features Bright Eyes regulars Nathaniel Wolcott, Mogis, and Oberst, as well as guests Andy LeMaster, Cursive’s Matt Maginn, Carla Azar of Autolux, The Faint’s Clark Baechle, Shane Aspegren of The Berg Sans Nipple, Laura Burhenn of The Mynabirds, and Refried Ice Cream’s Denny Brewer.
