Brothers Brad and Andrew Barr of The Slip and Surprise Me Mr. Davis are two of the best musicians around today, IMO, so we’re thrilled to report that they’ve added a third act to their ever-evolving repertoire. Not surprisingly dubbed The Barr Brothers, the pair teamed up with harpist Sarah Page for a debut album to be released later this year and a short tour with The Low Anthem.
Fear not Slip/SMMD fans, the brothers Barr have also begun work with bassist Marc Friedman for the next full-length album from The Slip, as well as an upcoming EP and tour with Mr. Davis’ Nathan Moore.
