Earlier this summer, we reported that Ryan Adams was set to relaunch his own vinyl label, Pax-Am Records. As it turned out, Adams went the digital route first and gave us only a few teases that vinyl releases were down the road. Well, thanks to a tweet by the man himself, we have confirmation that some Pax-Am vinyl is on the way… and it’s pink.
As seen in the picture above, Adams is preparing to release “Oblivion”/”People Need Sunlight” on pink 7” vinyl.
Top that, Jack White! I kid. We love you too, Third Man.
Meanwhile, Pax-Am’s second digital release, “Allumette”/”What Color Is Rain,” was announced recently, and one-off demo downloads are dropping left and right. Is it possible Ryan Adams is done with LPs too?
