The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is throwing itself one hell of a birthday party, and all their friends are invited. Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen (who’s bringing the E Street Band), U2, Metallica, Simon and Garfunkel and Aretha Franklin, among others, will all be there for a two-night musical bender to celebrate the Hall of Fame’s 25th at Madison Square Garden, Rolling Stone reports.
While you have to be an American Express cardholder to get first dibs at tickets, the proceeds from the concerts will be used to create “a permanent endowment for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation and Museum.”
Oh yeah, Stevie Wonder will be there too and Crosby, Stills and Nash are bringing “Friends” (dare we hope?).
